    Brain Blood Vessel Network

    Lenticulostriate arteries are very narrow and especially vulnerable to vasoreactivity issues in CADASIL. Also referred to as deep penetrating arteries, they supply blood to the deep parts of the brain. Below are two excellent sources explaining and demonstrating the blood vessel network within the brain.
